Thank you for being registered as a referral agency to Stratford upon Avon Foodbank. This means when appropriate you can support your families by raising e-vouchers for emergency food parcels. 
 
As we are fast approaching the school summer holidays, we are writing to tell you of how we are increasing our support to local families who need us. We are conscious that the lack of school meal provision during the holidays will be hard for many families. So, in addition to our standard food parcels, we are also including children’s lunch hampers for the entire six-week holidays. This will include enough food for five days-worth of packed lunches for the number of children within the household. We will start this project on Monday 20th July and will run it until Friday 29th August.
 
Please can we ask that you consider supporting your families in need, with vouchers that they can use over the summer break? Food parcels can be collected from the following venues:  

• Monday @ Bishopton Community Centre (CV37 9PD) 2-3pm
• Tuesday @ Meon Vale Village Hall (CV37 8YE) 10-11am
• Tuesday @ Masons Road hub (CV37 9BY) 5-6.30pm 
• Thursday @ Crawford Memorial Hall. Bidford (B50 4EZ) 5-6.00pm
• Friday @ Ken Kennett Centre (CV37 0DA) 10am -11am
• Friday @ Masons Road hub (CV37 9BY) 2-3.30pm

If your families need emergency food support over the holidays, they can use the Help through Hardship phone line: 0808 208 2138, who will be able to raise a voucher, or families can contact us directly on 07736 929 025.
